How Do I Get Started?

Our staff will give your finished product CD (or a pre-release CDR) serious consideration and typically get back with you within a week. Include contact info such as a contact name, an email address, and a phone number. We will contact you about whether your CD has been accepted for our radio promotion package.


If my CD is Accepted, What's Next?


Step 1: We'll email you an proposal/invoice that details the cost breakdown. You email us back with the green light and together we'll map out a schedule for your promotion campaign.


Step 2: Mail us the CDs with a check for half of the total payment, or pay in full. The CDs should have the plastic-wrapping and top-spine stickers removed, if present. We recommend not using overnight or 2-day shipping due their high costs. UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground should suffice because this is cost-effective and is very reliable. You can also send the CDs via USPS Media Mail to save big on shipping.

If you haven't already, email us a short to medium, 4 or 6 sentence description of your CD, and your bio. The bio is the most important part.


Step 3: We'll email you a draft of the cover letter for your approval or revisions.


Step 4: Sit back and Relax. We'll do the rest.


We'll do all the work for you -- including making phone calls, sending emails, and tracking the responses. We'll even assemble and mail out your CD packets for you.


Step 5: Repeat Step 4.
